Ocean paradise #2

Great condo!!

My family stayed here and loved it! Fresh fruit basket when we arrived and we loved being on the ground floor with easy access to the pool! We will book again when visiting Playa Coco ♥️🐒🦎

Comfortable and Quiet.

My wife and I used to stay in Las Palmas which we found too busy and very noisy. We found Touquesa 36 the exact opposite. very comfortable, quiet and supplied well. Located where it is a 10 minute walk to town. Huge pool and well kept grounds. Lisa and her team are super fast to respond and address any questions or issues you have.

Amazing stay.

Spent six months at this wonderful location. Large pool and beautiful surroundings. Nice and quiet location but not too far from any grocery stores. Condo is very comfortable. Lisa Garrett and her staff always go the extra mile to endure 100% client satisfaction. They respond immediately to any question you have.

A wonderful place

I spent 10 days at this condo during my honeymoon. We had an outstanding time. The condo was clean, spacious and very close to everything you might need; stores, restaurants, ocean, etc. Neighbours were very friendly and made you feel welcome. A phenomenal vacation experience. Would recommend! 10/10.

Love, Love, Love Vista Ocotal # 14

We absolutely love Vista Ocotal. It is a beautiful tropical gated community with a large pool that is well maintained and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom unit we stayed at was very clean and very comfortable. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We have stayed at Vista Ocotal #14 twice … in February 2023 and February 2024. We are planning to return in 2025. Dealing with Lisa Garrett and the Garrett Group for both our stays was a pleasure. Lisa and her team offered great service and were very professional. I will continue to deal with Lisa and her team. Thank you Lisa!

Heaven on earth.

This was the most amazing place that I have been in a long time. The condo was so nice and luxurious. It had all the amenities of a 5 Stars hotel/resort but 10 times better. Everything is so close and convenient only few minutes away from the beach. You can look out to the pool from the patio door. The condo was very clean and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was working well the showers are nice and big. This place literally heaven on earth. If you are looking for a quiet nice and safe place to go this is the place. You won’t regret your experience.

Casa Goso, a quiet, nice and safe place!

We have spent some very pleasant days here at Casa Goso. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood, although the house is close to a small country town it is equipped with all modern amenities. When we arrived the host made a welcoming gesture and left us some fresh fruits and two bottles of water, we really enjoyed our stay without any problem. I really recommend this place!

Great condo new furniture

Not only is dealing with The Garrett Group so fabulous because of their service, the units that they provide are so clean refreshed and new. I continue to work with The Garnette Group because they are very professional.

Amazing getaway and cozy condo

We loved our time at Tropical Dreams and Playa del Coco! The condo is so comfortable with a full kitchen, rooftop living area and pool a few steps from the front door. It is tucked away and feels like you are in a private jungle with monkeys chattering all around. Plus, when we arrived we found sweet treats including a pineapple, just a nice touch from the hosts.

When we weren’t enjoying the pool or rooftop, the town of del Coco was so close with wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and more. Plus the beach is beautiful! We also explored the next beach 5km down the road, Ocotal.

This location is a perfect place to stay while enjoying Costa Rica and Playa del Coco. Will definitely be back!

La isla bonita is located in Coco beach, shops, bars and restaurants are at walking distance. You will be attended by Nercy , she is super kind and she will make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

Great Villa!!!

Spend the weekend with two other families, spacious and wonderful Villa!!! Highly recommend! Perfect location close to downtown Coco and Supermarket!!

Very impressed!

Very impressed! The condo is amazing, the pics did not do it justice. It is very spacious, well laid out and quite beautiful. The bed is very comfortable. Everything we needed was there in the kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathroom. There are two full bathrooms, one near the entrance to the condo and the main off the bedroom. They even supplied things like beach chairs and small umbrellas. Our host said we could use the body boards as well but we did not have a chance to. The view off the giant balcony is out of this world. It really is a little slice of paradise. Location is very good. It is very close to Playa Langosta which is a very quiet beach and about 10min walk to the edge of Playa Tamarindo. It’s about 15-20min (depending on the heat) walk to the center of Tamarindo where all the action is. If you don’t want to walk, right next to the condo complex is a spot you can rent golf carts or bikes. The condo complex is pretty amazing. It is a gated community with a 24h security guard. There are two pools, super clean and we’ll maintained. There are outdoor BBQ areas with tables. Wifi available everywhere. And the last thing I have to mention is the host is uber responsive and super accommodating as well as very very knowledgeable and helpful. I would say the Garrett Group, Lisa and her team, are the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to interact with and stay with. Hands down it helped make the whole experience amazing!

Il condo è molto spazioso, fornito di tutto e molto pulito! Non è la prima volta che alloggiamo qui, ogni volta ci si sente come a casa! Anzi, meglio! Lisa è sempre super disponibile e gentilissima! Abbiamo avuto un grosso problema col volo e lei ci ha organizzato tutto al meglio! Ci ha salvato! È davvero davvero affidabile per tutto!!! Quando ritorneremo in Costa Rica, torneremo sicuramente qui da lei!

The condo was perfect, great location, close to beaches and all the services you need as supermarkets, restaurants. Perfect communication from the host, no problem at all to find the place, check in and check out. Very safe place, great pool, environment and amenities. Completely recommended.

Had a great stay here….

Had an great stay here, the location is perfect, the neighborhood is very nice, clean, safe, beautiful and super close to the beach, a mini market, and some amazing restaraunts. Also a super quick walk to the main strip downtown. The neighbors here are mostly pensioners so it’s very quiet and peaceful. We thought the value here was great! The kitchen was well stocked, internet was 80-90mbps so very fast and suitable for working remotely if you need to. No complaints at all, would stay here again.

A wonderful home…

A wonderful home in a great location. The view was great and the home worked great for our family of six.

I loved it!

I stayed on this apartment for 30 days and I loved it. The apartment is about 400 mts to the beach and 200 mts to a small shopping/restaurant center called El PUEBLO. This small center has a few coffee shops, a bakery, supermarket and a few restaurants. I did not have a car then walking to the town was reasonable as well, 1 Kilometer from the apartment and on my way back I will take a taxi that it cost less than $2.00 each way,

The apartment is fully equipped and actually it looks better in person that in the pictures. It has a great kitchen and a laundry and dryer. I was able to visited Liberia by bus which is a very develop city and I visited a lot of beaches around this area like Playa Bonita, Buena, Penca (favorite), Hermosa, Ocotal and Playa del Coco.

The area, las Palmas and the apartment are located on a nice and secured area important specially for those solo travelers.

Lisa was very friendly and quick with my requests. I needed a rice cook pot and it was given a new one on my second day, very sweet. Absolute, I recommend this place because of the location, convenience and GREAT service.

For sure I will be back!!!

Great Management!

The Garrett Group has been amazing to us!! They remember every detail that you might forget. We have nothing but great things to say about them. They consistently check in on our place and provide monthly statements to us showing exactly where our funds are going and bills that were paid. My husband and I only speak English. It has been a huge help that they speak Spanish and English and fully understand the Costa Rica Culture. We now fully understand the documents being sent to us😆. We would highly recommend them time and time again. They were referred to us and could not be happier

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was just as advertised. Three generations our two children, a daughter In-law and two grandchildren all enjoyed our time so there really is something for everyone. Our only slight concern was the location for which you might need a car or golf cart which we had for our last three days. Father Roosters is fun, friendly and good food. Our local host, Lisa Garrett, was outstanding. She made all the arrangements for our activities and they were all great. No matter where you might be on the pacific side of Costa Rica she is our recommendation for any and all activities. Of all the activities she planned the sunset sailboat cruise was our favorite.

Stunning Home. Great Vacation!

The house is beautiful. The views from every room are breathtaking. Each room is spacious and well appointed. The gated community is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Lisa was super attentive to us. She treated us like good friends and made us feel welcome. Before we arrived and during our stay, she was always available to help us with our sightseeing questions and activities.

Best Service and Lovely Home

Lisa went out of her way to make us comfortable, including switching us to another property due to issues with our original condo. The condo was well appointed, the proximity to the beach was excellent, and check in was a breeze. Walking directly out to the pool was a bonus! We were completely comfortable and would happily return in the future.

This is a lovely property, and a short walk to the beach in Ocotal. The place itself is extremely comfortable studio apartment, with nice touches to the furnishings. Ocotal is very close to other beaches like El Coco and Hermosa, so it is a great location for exploring the local area. Any inquiries are promptly dealt with, making for a very relaxing stay!

The location was just perfect and the view was spectacular as was the property itself. The folks from the property management company could not have been nicer and more accommodating. As far as we are concerned, our stay could not have been any better.

Wonderful host for a beautiful place at a great location. Great location for sporting events. I cycle and it was nice to train all day, and come back to nice amenities and a great pool!

Lisa was fabulous! She was prompt in corresponding and answered all of our many questions fully. The home is breathtakingly gorgeous and very well stocked with everything one can need. Plenty of towels, dishes, cooking utensils etc. The view is gorgeous and the home is spectacular!! Loved our day trips into Playa de Coco! Can’t say enough positive things about our experience. Love Sol y Mar and being close to the beach!

We had an awesome trip to Costa Rica! We stayed in Playa Ocotal at the Vista Ocotal number 14. It is a short walk to the beach which is out of the way so not a lot of people there. We visited three beaches (Coco, Hermosa and Flamingo) but Ocotal was the best. Lisa was a great host. The Villa was great with plenty of space and well stocked with everything you need to cook and grill. This place has patios and balconies in almost every room. Very nice amenities (washer dryer, grill, patio furniture). Close to several excursion sites. We road horses, ATVs, zip lined, hiked to waterfalls. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this Villa and the Garrett Group team.

Love C104 condo and The Garrett Group!

This review is long overdue! We had an amazing experience with The Garrett Group last December…sorry for the lag. It was a last minute look and Lisa found us an amazing condo in Playa Coco. I am not exaggerating to say it was the BEST stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. We ended up wanting to stay extra days because the place was so great and Lisa was fantastic! They also gave us homemade bread and some kind of tapenade that was to die for! I highly recommend The Garrett Group!!

Me encanto el lugar, todo estaba limpio y en perfecto estado, la cocina muy equipada así como el resto de amenidades de la cabina. La ubicación es muy buena cerca de varias playas. La anfitriona fue muy amable en todo momento desde antes de que nuestra estancia iniciara y siempre estuvo atenta de nuestra estadía, tuvimos un pequeño atraso a la hora de salir por un desperfecto en el automóvil por lo que nos ayudaron dándonos un poquito más de tiempo al irnos.
